Default Is there a place on the internet to learn transcendental meditation?

I've done some searching and I can't find a site with text or video that teaches you how to do transcendental meditation. Is there a place on the internet that shows you how to do it for free?

Is it just chanting a word over and over while trying to clear your mind or is it more to it than that?

Also, in a book I was reading, the guy said its best to meditate first thing when you wake up and right before bed.

you will not find such a site as the fee to learn this mediation is quite hefty these days, upwards of $2,000.... a far cry from the $100 I paid in the 70's

I have the protocol for learning Trancendental Meditation, which has been scientifically studied and proves it reduces stress as well as increase mental acuity... there is absolutely no religious component to it. I can send it to you if you want. pm me

thanks arrow....

so basically, after reading that, it sounds like you sit down in a comfortable position....maybe do a quick prayer,....kind of saying your intentions to connect with God.....

and basically clear your mind by saying a "manta" aka phrase over and over....like "filled with Gods love"........

understand that you will get better and better at it....with practice and eventually you'll go into a deeper and deeper calmness....

and, from another book, I read the best times to do this is first thing when you wake up and right before bed.
