Default Losing weight while on medication

Hi there, I've been on various anti depressants throughout the years trying to find the best one, it seems citalopram (celexa for Americans) works the best, however I have gained quite a bit of weight, even though I am excercising a lot. It also has sexual side effects, I find it hard to 'Perform', before anyone suggests I go on a different tablet they've all had these two side effects. I've heard that Omega 3 and vitamin E combined can play a role n losing weight on ssr's, though I haven't noticed a difference so far. I'm taking B complex and flaxeed oil, vitamin D3 and Ginko. This combination, along with the anti depressant is helping a lot, however if Only I could lose this weight.
