Apple cider vinegar is ACV...read up on that, and oil pulling is all new to me, supposed to get the germs out and whiten your teeth too, ha. Look up all the wonders of hydrogen peroxide also. funny how, sometimes, something very cheap, like "an apple a day, keeps the Doctor away" is how to maintain a persons health. Heel is a company that specializes in homeopathic products based on the work of Dr Recewig, from Germany. The combo products can be very effective and sometimes curative but in my opinion most often palliative for chronic disease but can be very good for acute disease. I think for chronic disease one must be dilligent with the combo remedies and highly knowledgable on their use.

I have used Nervoheel and Ypsiloheel with good result for acute anxiety,, I dont know how well they would work with long term chronic anxiety... I've only treated short term acute anxiety. I have helped to cure chronic migraines with some of their other remedies.
I use their Tautophedreed remedy for asthma attacks which I get from pollen allergy or chemical sensitivity... since I removed my self from the chemical issue overall I am better. My sister in law who is severely asthmatic says they work well for her reducing her need for inhalers signficantly.
