Hi everyone , just joined up, as i was looking to find out.. how to prepare and consume a few herbs, for health problems

So far i just made basic "tea" from three herbs i bought, and funnily enough , it tasted really nice too, lol, you would laugh how i did it... i made a little hole in a regular black teabag, and put a mix of these 3 ground up herbs/barks , as i dont even have an infuser yet...

Anyhow i just oredered an infuser from amazon, but, here i am to find out more about these things, and i hope i can be a good part of the community thanks

Fun stuff! Although herbal medicine has been around for a long time, it can be hard to find info sometimes due to the Western MSM downplaying or undermining its true benefits. Due to this, we sometimes find ourselves having to pioneer our own methods, just as you have.

yes, and we used to be called witches "look there is someone curing someone with plants, persecute them, its a witch"!
