Hi Jane, welcome to the forum! Posts about respiratory problems are in the systems and organs forum, but I'm not seeing very much on asthma.

Here is an excellent article that explains about some things that may cause your asthma, that can perhaps be eliminated. Also, there are suggestions for natural supplements that can be taken to relieve asthma symptoms.

Hi Jane, welcome to natmedtalk. One thing that definitely helps is coffee (caffiene breaks down in the body to theophylline). Also, stay away from too much dairy.

For asthma I would recommend a detox with mms, and the homeopathic remedy called Taurtophedreel available here: www.iherb.com
I am seeing more people helped with allergies recently with MMS.. and asthma generally has a strong allergy component to it.

ASTHMA is an INFLAMMATORY condition.

It follows that people with asthma use up their anti inflammatory reserves faster than the general population and because it's the case that generally people are vitamin D3, Omega 3, magnesium, and melatonin deficient these deficiency states have to be targeted to enable asthmatics to deal with their condition effectively.
