I like to think of 'yesterday' as our training ground & to learn from the hurts, but not to allow 'hurt' to overshadow what's to come.

I completely agree Cookie! Wise advice, sometimes hard to do, but being aware of the benefits of living in the moment makes it much easier for us to follow through.
