How to post a question on this forum

To post a question on this forum, please follow these steps:

Step 1. Register for a free account. Please skip this step if you have already registered.

Step 2. Go to homepage, you will see a list of sub-forums, there is a small button after each sub-forum, choose a sub-forum suitable for your question, click the button to start a new thread. See the screenshot below.




That's all you need to do to ask a question on this forum.

For step 2, you can also click into the sub-forum you selected, then find the 'New Thread' button, it's above the thread list, click it to start a new thread. See the screenshot below:

Matrix just made it even easier for us to post new threads in the various forums by adding a handy icon next to each forum title.

For example, just click on the new icon next to the title of "Nutrition", to post a new thread in the Nutrition Forum.

Members who prefer using the older "New Thread" button still have the choice of using that option for posting.

Thanks, k2c. I wanted to add the new icons mainly for people who are new to forums. I often got questions like "how to post a new topic," It's good they asked so that I had the chance to direct them to this thread, because many visitors may have simply given up before they found the 'New Thread' button. Hopefully, these small buttons help new members get started.
