Default Searching? More than one word?

Is there a way to search the forum post titles, and show results only having both search words. I was trying to search ear infection. I tried just ear, which was cancelled from the search because it was a too common word. I then tried ear infection, but it was showing me titles with just infection in them. These ofcourse turned up a lot of results not having anything to do with ear infections. Anyone no what I am doing wrong, or if this is possible?

Maybe one of the other moderators has more information, but I don't think it's possible to get specific result for just those two words.

The best I found was doing search, advanced search, keyword=ear infection, drop-down=titles only.

This gave me just over a page of results (26). If was fairly easy to pick the couple of threads that were ear related. Hope this helps.

Thanks K2C , thats what I got too. Not so bad in this case, but for future I was wondering if there was a way to bring up only post titles that contain both words. This would narrow down the results quite a bit and would be handy for a lot of searches.
