Default lupin8

I have tried this and it is quite good and I did loose a couple of kilo's when I took it, I haven't bought any for some time now, but might give it another try again soon, the only thing is you have to be careful and mix it in the food as it is quite fine powder and easily inhaled, and can go down the wrong way if your not careful.
I believe it is given a different name in America, see bottom of page.

So is lupin8 made from seeds from the Lupine flower?

noting that it is a grain, made from several grains I guess, this kind of contradicts that grains and the carbs they generally provide put on weight.

What exactly is it that classifies a grain as a grain? Must it come from some kind of grass? like wheat and barley and oats?

Seeds don't necessarily come from grasses... and yet some seeds are made into flours.

Arrowwind I believe so, that it is made from the Lupin seed,it tastes a litte bit like peas, I cant tell you what the other grains are, next time I go to the health food store I will have a look on the container to see if it states what they are, its a while since I used it.
It costs about $34 a container, but does last a fair while, I used to put a level tablespoon on my meals.
I first read about it in a diabetic magazine, before trying it.
