Default Dry sensitive eyes

Any foods or supplements you would recommend for dry sensitive eyes? Its caused by using a computer screen too long, but I can't avoid that because its for work / study. Thanks!

That's from not blinking enough.. i use 'tears' once in awhile to prevent a stabbing pain in one eye from the dryness.

Here's a homeopathic eye drop that I've used and works pretty well. ...https://www.similasanusa.com/dry-eye-relief . Also, taking Omega 3 fish oil and Lutein will help.

Using the individual applicators? I believe anything but the individuals have preservatives in them.

Eye drops seem to be very temporary for me, and not blinking enough? I never used to get this problem when I was younger, and I doubt that i've changed my blinking habits much.

I've found a lot of relief in juicing. I have a bag of carrots, 4-6 apples, and parsley. Sometimes a bunch of spinach too, before work in the morning. It seems to be helping my eyes a lot.
