Hi Sparky, hope you are doing well.

Just wanted to let you know I'm now entertaining the theory than no infection at all is causing my elevated semen WBC. It seems it's plausible. Eg. one study attempts to show that elevated WBC is due to virus rather than pathogen:

So, I may just have a varicocele (causing the pain, swelling and discomfort) and some other 'unidentified' issue causing the high WBC.

Hardly a complete answer but I've had every other path closed on me, so now trying this one.. will let you know what I find out, if anything at all
