I have personally taken MMS and it gave me Diarrhia. That is all, it did not help my prostate or other health problems. I have also drank a lot of CS, and believe it is not harmful even in generous amounts when prepared properly. That stuff too also had no effect on my health problems. hey jofus thanks for your comment , so it only gave diarrhea - how bad ? i hate diarrhea - the thing thats confusingme about all this is i get relief from doxy but the gp wont give me anymore wich i no wil make candida worse coz this idiot urologist i saw said he thinks its a my pudendal entrapment but when gp examines me ( testes ) he says yes your very tender and very red but i never get any swelling - and everytime i get a rectal exam it hurts when they press the prostate which never used to before i had this , i dont no if youve herd of PNE pudendal nerve entrapment but symptoms are quite similar to prostate problems and i was checked many times years ago and prostate never hurt when pressed on - i no is candida coz i got the ibs type probs a year before all this and have been on the diet which help my gut but does nothing for this epididi-prostatitis , i followed your link and have been on there before - so are you all better now or just better ?

Sounds like you are in a lot of pain. Colloidal silver isn't an antibiotic. If the doc isn't listening to you, find one that does=)

Sorry I missed your reply. When I make ionic copper, I let the generator run for about 4 to 4.5 hours, or until the solution is a nice light blue color.

I do use a meter to check the ppm both before and after making the solution, and always start with distilled water. (measures 0 ppm)

I am in the process of using a 5 ppm solution of ionic copper to reverse greying hair, although it is too soon to comment on the progress. The first batch of copper was made with reverse osmosis water instead of distilled water, so I'm not sure if there will be any benefit... have to wait and see.

I'll let you know how that works out, and just to be safe, I am supplementing with extra selenium and zinc..
