Default Saw Palmetto + St.John Worts sides effects.

Hi,

I've took Saw Palmetto for around 20 days (three doses a day, as the instruction on the bottle says), because i've heard it could halt hairloss and promote regrowth. At the same time i was taking some St.John Worts to help me with a depression... For the past 2 weeks i'm really having an hard time with my libido, my erections feels weaker and are harder to get.... It's been 3-4 days that i've stop taking both, but i'd like to know if and when will those sides effect comes off. Is there any supplement that could help me to raise my libido back to what it was like before?

Btw i'm a 22yo guy...

Both saw palmetto and st johns wort are likely to lower libido. In fact they are noted for lowering sperm count.

If you want to get specialist information on natural supplements for hair loss this is the best site.

I noticed saw palmetto crushed my libido, so I quit taking it.

St Johns wort hasn't seemed to mess with my libido, but you must avoid fermented foods while taking it.

I've been taking saw palmetto for years, and my hair isn't falling out. (no other side effects either)

This is more likely a deficiency of tin and/or copper, or one of the other 58 essential minerals that are no longer in the food we eat.

Zinc, selenium, and silica deficiency can all play a role in hair loss.

Are there any other symptoms that you would care to discuss? since symptoms can be early warning signs of health issues yet to come, and can seem unrelated, such as digestive issues, itchy scalp, hemrroids, headaches, sore joints, or possibly skin problems such as acne..

Taking a prescription drug, or cutting back on sweets, or exercising is great, however, it won't fix a deficiency.
