Default Pseudo-foreskin

I am a retiree and have become aware of a change in my foreskin.I am tightly circumcised and have noticed that when my penis is completely flaccid, the skin goes over the ridge and gives the impression that I am uncircumcised.I have seen this condition called pseudo foreskin but can find no reference to it.Can anyone provide any info ?

Try searching for 'foreskin coverage index'.
I found a CI chart, but it was too graphic to post a direct link to it.

Circumcision is just a haphazard poorly defined cosmetic procedure. Outcomes vary all over the map.

How much coverage you will show depends on how much slack you were left with, how flaccid you get (which depends on how cold it is and other things) , and hoiw much you move about.

I wouldn't worry about "pseudo foreskin." There's just the normal natural amount of skin, and then a huge continuum of states between normal slack and none.
