Hate to say it but its a been a bit of a problem for me for a while!

there's no sure fire way of dealing with this problem, however what really worked for me was taking up yoga with a few meditation classes. sometimes the right mindset is what its all about.

Also concentrate on your long game giving your partner an orgasm is the most important thing and it rarely comes from penatrative sex.

Dont get overexcited, and one thing ive noticed even if it happens for me to have sex and ejaculate quickly, 2 minutes later im good to go again, and even if it happens a second time around to ejaculate quickly, the third or even fourth is going to last, for as long as you want to the point where the girl begs you to finish cuz she's the one hurting now, hehe...

But ive been told its weird bcuz when i finish, my penis just stays erect for a few more minutes, to the point i can finish, take a deep breath, and keep going, and then finish again...And with age you start being able to control when you wanna ejaculate..

Of course you manage to sleep with a girl that drives you crazy, sexually, you know the kind you rarely meet, dont expect to last unless you get wasted on alcohol or drugs i heard cocaine can help with that, but i never tested it...

There are 3 studies out there. Most improvement is seen within 3 months. Improvements are seen even up to 6 months!! Eithr buy Prelox or just get Pycnogenol and L-arginine. Take at least 80-120mg of pycnogenol a day and 3g of L arginine a day.
