Default 25 year old male - urinary and dizziness problems

About 9-10 months ago I started having urinary changes. Frequent urinating, cramps, etc... I left it go for a few months due to no health insurance. Eventually I wound up in the ER with kidney stones. It's been about 5-6 months now and my problems have continued to get worse. I am now getting very lighthead and dizzy often. My urine is very different. I am constantly crampy, etc... I have NO money to get different bloodwork done. I went to the doc today (btw I am very much anti meds) just to get some sort of advice. I really had to save for the $180 visit today. The urine sample showed a lot of blood according to the doc. He didn't really know what to say except get the bloodwork done when I can afford it. He wrote a script for Prednisone which I pretty much laughed at. I have battled colitis for 10 years now and I have been med free. I've been healing naturally with occasional herbs but for the most part on an organic whole food diet. By the way, I am currently 26 years old. If anyone can provide any suggestions - I am ALL ears! Thanks a million.

I think kidney stones form when your urines to alkaline? Def a connection with acid/alkaline balance from what I know.. There are definitely herbs/things you can drink to soothe your urinary tract/kidneys/reduce inflammation.. you wana get some urine test strips from the store and check the PH of your urine regularly and keep an eye on it..

You could have a prostate issue too.. Seems like a lot of the chemistry in your body is out of wack.. but it can all go back to normal. gotta figure out whats blocking it.. really look at your whole lifestyle, not just diet, emotions, everything.. do you sleep properly? at the right time, are you exposed to toxins, do you have a parasite? etc.

Hi Rodneydeeeee, welcome to the forum. Here's our page on kidney stones, might help to give it a quick read. I agree with Moxsum, it may be prostate or other issues. Glad you're here seeking better health.

Thank you for the replies. Any ideas what it could be. It's been about a year now. Blood in the urine. I am getting very dizzy and lightheaded! I'm actually a bit scared.

You're smart to be concerned. Blood in the urine can be either from a simple or serious cause such as bladder cancer. I would move forward to find out what the cause is in your particular case. Here's a page that offers some info.

I would try eating organic brocolli and cutting back all soda and sugary foods and consume water instead. If you consume water more than anything else it will decrease the instances of kidney stones. We have to avoid soda and junk foods they will eventually lead to problems like you are experiencing.
