Default Iron Serum Normal High Ferritin level

Which foods or herbs would lower
high ferritin level, and what does it mean
if iron serum is normal (on high side)
but Ferritin Saturation is very high?

Thanks

Yes, I do.. My markers are up. How do I bring them down???

Liver enzymes are up, ESR and CRP, Homocystine..
not very good.

I read that taking high dose of Vit C and quercetin
but also read that Vit C binds to iron.

I was told by Dr. Kruse that my high ferritin levels go hand in hand with my high hsCRP, fix that and the other will take care of itself. I'd say fix your liver ASAP. Research milk thistle, choline and NAC. Good luck.

You either drink a lot or eat a lot of fast foods. take the following

B-6 5 mg a day
B-12 500 mcg a couple times a week
Vot E 200 IU
IP-6 2 capsules on an empty stomach
Fish oil
