Default fizzy drinks

So now we see fizzy drinks are bad for us, whats new?
I haven't found a soft drink yet including cordials that haven't got 330 in them, which is bad for Asthmatics anyway.
Hubby used to love green lime cordial untill he found that that was causing him to cough not long after drinking it.
Also I believe that Ventolin damages the lungs in the long run as well.

Ventolin works (also known as albuterol and salbuterol), but if you use it too much you can have problems and build up immunity. If you are asthmatic, you should drink coffee, which helps big time.

The article said soft drinks (soda pop) are bad, not fizzy drinks, or did I miss something?

If I didn't, then what about sparkling water with juice or a concentrate added?

I love the natural carbonation in kambucha.

What country are you in? Natural commercial (meaning live kombucha) is no longer available in the states. The old stuff was fantastic.

U.S. I know you've posted before about it not being the same since they took it off the shelves and then brought it back, but I didn't find anything conclusive that it isn't the same and you didn't say why you thought so, except that it didn't fizz a lot and come out over the top like it used to. But I've had jars do that since it came back.
