I wanna try the celtic salt. I'll take all the minerals in the actual crystal itself. I just personally prefer no sand. Even though, I believe you, that it is healthy for you.

The sand is an acquired taste. It does takes time but before long you may appreciate the pleasure of the crunchy surprise. CRUNCH!

I never noticed a crunch. We've used it for years and my nit pickin kids never said a word...if there were a crunch to be crunched seems I would have heard about it like big time like MOM WHY YOU MAKING US EAT DIRT.. GEESH MOM. GET A LIFE.

one son will not eat anything with seeds cause it crunches and gets in his teeth, including raspberries.
