Default What would you do?

what would you do if you found out you had breast cancer.
Have the operation and not have follow up chemo/radio therapy, or not have operation at all, and try something natural?
I was sent a letter to say they are checking digital xrays, I had the last one in 2010, and will not have any more, so I was wondering if any one on here has had Breast cancer and how they had it treated, and if you treated it naturally.
I'm hoping I will get the all clear letter.

I hope you get the clearance Ozzie. I don't know what I would do as it's hard to know unless I was in that situation but I certainly would begin that very day with taking Essiac tea and apricot seeds. Then I would pray A LOT.

I'll tell you that my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer. She did the conventional treatment with surgery, chemo, radiation, and drugs to mask all the side effects. The doctors gave false hope during the whole ordeal. The doctors didn't treat her underlying diseases which were unbalanced hormones, unregulated hypoglycemia, chronic yeast infections (candida) and a chronic lung infection. She died of cancer within 5 years of diagnosis but I believe that if her estrogen was regulated, her blood sugar was balanced, her bacterial/viral and fungal load was decreased/eliminated then her immune system could have rebalanced and corrected the cancer formation. Nutrition was needed too. Selenium, Iodine, Calcium, etc.

Hoping you get the all clear Ozzie. I don't know what I'd do, likely want to try something natural first, but not sure how long I'd wait for results. My husband would also have a big influence on my medical decision, that's just the way it is.

If I did have the operation with the chemo and everything, I would at least use alternative complimentary medicines along with treatment, whether approved by the doctor or not.

Mommysunshine, sorry you lost your mom. I've lost family members that had conventional treatments for cancers, though not breast. Doesn't give us much confidence in the western ways of medicine.

First I would make absolutely sure my vitamin D level was optimal. Next I would start taking iodine, and lots of it, along with selenium.

I would also start taking essiac as suggested my mommysunshine above.

Essiac is commonly refered to as a tea and it shouldn't be. Most people would tend to believe that a tea couldn't possibly be a medicine, however essiac is a combination of 4 very powerful herbs that are in the correct ratio to each other. Together they detoxify the body and all 4 herbs contain anti-cancer properties.

I would start taking optimal vitamin C, curcumin, resveratrol, green tea, melatonin, and all essential trace minerals.

There are several variations of essiac, however, the one formula that is proven to kill cancer cells is the one from Canada in the green bottle, with a picture of nurse Caisse on the front. This is a liquid 4 herb formula, and was the only one used by Rene Caisse, therefor I would not trust any other brand, formula, or powdered product.

I would eliminate sugar, corn syrup, fried and deep fried food, artificial sweeteners, anything GMO, yeast, alcohol, and anything made from white flour from the diet while trying to fight cancer.

This protocol is mainly meant as a preventative, so can be used at any time, even while waiting for the follow-up letter..

I forgot to mention the importance of flax seeds, which are absolutely crutial when diagnosed with any "hormonal" form of cancer, such as breast, prostate, or colon, and it is equally important that these flax seeds be freshly ground (same day) and organic. I would suggest at least 2 tablespoons twice per day.

Buy a coffee grinder and take advantage of these anti-cancer phyto estrogen lignans, and keep in mind that whole flax seeds are generally not digested, thus won't be effective against cancer.

I would not get a biopsy as they are known for spreading cancer. I recently advised my sister in law who had a breast cancer scare. I advised that she get a lumpectomy as though she actually did have cancer. .. the removal of the lump only... then a test can be done on it for cancer presence.

She was clear... but if she wasn't she would know that she had cancer but avoided the possiblity of spreading it. I dont know if this would be a good idea for a big lump though. Her's was quite small and the took out a fair amount of tissue around it.

This is a middle road path.

Frankly, I dont know what i would do.
Certainly before anything else a couple months of topically applied iodine, MMS and DMSO before any knife came near me.

Prevention is better than cure and certainly in this case.

My advice to ALL women would be to cut out red meat, cut out dairy (https://www.rense.com/general35/av.htm) and shore up vitamin D levels ("To have a blood level - of vitamin D - that would cut your risk - of breast cancer - by 50 per cent you would have to take 50 mcg (2,000 iu) daily and also spend 10 - 15 minutes in the sun")
[You can get vegan vitamin D3 nowadays, derived from shiitake mushrooms, and vegetarian D3, derived from lanolin, washed out of sheep's wool.)
I would work turmeric into your diet as often as practical.

Some might say drink Essiac tea every day. Yes to that if you have been diagnosed with cancer. If you haven't I would hold it in reserve. (Always a wise move in any circumstance to hold something in reserve.)

Thank you mommysunshine,kind2creatures, pinballdoctor,Arrowwind09, and knightofalbion, for your replys.
mommysunshine, so sorry to see your mum died of breast cancerI know how you feel as my dear mum did as well, although, my mum lived for 15 years after her mastectomy's, my mum had all those therapies as well but ended up the cancer spread to her bones liver and brain, liver cancer being a side effect of the Tamoxifen she was taking.
I will certainly concider all the advice given, I agree Knightofalbion, prevention is better than cure we are vegetarians, and I do supplement with those natural remedies, and I do try and get a good supply of sunshine, but not today as it is 41 deg celcius 105 deg F outside as I type, I also take a daily liver detox as well, I will start to use tumeric as often as I can also.
pinballdoctor, if I am diagnosed, I will get some of the essiac herbal.
I wish they would do the thermgraphy here for breast cancer detection, but I suppose that is too expensive to be, giving free for women 50 years to 70 years, as digital is here.
