IM DYING MY TOOTH, MY EAR, MY HEAD HURTS!!

I THINK ITS AN EXPOSED NERVE... ITS BEEN SINCE SATURDAY MORNING AND TOMORROW IS A F****G HOLIDAY SO NOBODY IS WORKING... IT JUST HAD TO HAPPEN NOW... I HATE THIS PIECE OF S**T FU***G COUNTRY!!!

HOW CAN I SEAL THIS TOOTH TEMPORARILY?

WHAT TO DO? I DYING HERE FOR REAL!! ITS TERRIBLE PAIN

Sorry for the caps, but this is the worst pain i have ever felt, and i know pain...

And the worst part is the fact that NOTHING works to numb the pain, i've put down all of my defences and taken pill after pill, no help.. baking soda+water, salt+water, listerine mouthwash, hydrogen peroxide+water, garlic, brushing, nothing works for loger than 15 minutes... HELL I TELL YA ((
