If your front teeth are lose it may be a sign of osteoporosis in the jaw. Calcium with magnesium and vit. D can help your bones remineralize. You'll want to stop eating both sugar and high fructose corn syrup b/c they'll leach bone building minerals from your body.

Loose front tooth?
Firstly, don't waggle it. That's the worst thing you can do.
Secondly, are you a smoker? Depletes 25 mg of vitamin C from the body with every cigarette smoked....
