\nSo the plan is to find some 20-30 differend dentists and one morning go and visit each and ask for information about each...

\nThe things i am looking for are:

\nExcellent English and at least some Greek
\nAge: 30-40 (i dont want an unexperienced dentist but i also dont want a prehistoric butcher of a dentist )
\nReasonable prices
\nA dentist who will be able to have a conversation (bcuz most doctors just look at you as if youre a dog and they treat you like they know it all and you should just obey and shut up, i dont want that)
\nA dentist who has at least heard of alternative dentistry

\nYes i am picky and i will be picky bcuz ive already done the any doctor or the friend\'s or relative\'s suggestion of a doctor, that never worked out,ever,not once...and the worst for me was when i did my nose surgery the guy was a butcher, i swear to god he was but i was taken there through a friend of my step-father, who sent us to his friend, well i didnt like him, he fucked up, but i am to blame for not reacting and rejecting him as my surgeon, live and learn, and lose some nerves and pieces from your nose and other parts of your body on the way to wisedom, i guess...

\nSo i would like to put all my requests, all the qualities i will look for in a dentist on a piece of paper before i go looking for one, looking for a needle in a haystack(thats how i feel), so any advice will be appreciated, what should i ask and look for besides the things i already listed? thanks...\r\n

\nI\'m about to have major work done in 2 months and am searching around my entire city for a decent dentist that is of a decent price, the age thing is a good requirement that I didn\'t think of, and good reviews online. That\'s all I\'ve got so far though.

\nThe problem with the online reviews though is you don\'t know who\'s making them and usually only pissed off people are the ones who actually go online to say something.

\nI don\'t want to go and spend my 7,000 and get shotty work done or have a more than I should miserable experience.\r\n

\r\n \r\n Over the past year & half, I had a wonderful Dentist that performed the 1st steps of a dental implant for me. I\'ve never had a dentist call me at home and check to see how I was doing - She did! After the 1st implant failed to properly take, I was contemplating not continuing and having a bridge instead. She encouraged me to try it again, and even offered to redo the procedure at no cost to me! Well, I just checked back in with her and the implant took - allowing me to continue with the rest of the procedure. I would recommend her in a heartbeat! What a great experience, and what a great professional she is! I\'ll be sending a "ThankYou Card" by her office this week.\r\n

\nI have already removed 2 lower wisdom teeth because they grew wrong, so i had to. But the upper ones grew correctly, they just went bad and cant be saved i guess. At least removing these wont be such an issue considering there are no wisdom teeth on the lower jaw, so the upper two arent of much help for anything really. Except pain, no help...\r\n

\r\n \r\n After having a mercury filling removed in 2006, which required a huge filling and the doc thinking that perhaps a root canal was necessary but decided to give a filling a try, I had tooth pain until a few months ago when I went on a scheduled mms mouthwash protoocl for a couple of weeks. Now that tooth no longer hurts. I can even bite down on it and have returened to chewing with both sides of my mouth.

\nIts worth a try. I think that it could also help heal cavities if done at least once a week after the initial protocol.... for cavities are caused by bacteria and mms kills it all\r\n

A dentist who has at least heard of alternative dentistry

Yes i am picky and i will be picky bcuz ive already done the any doctor or the friend's or relative's suggestion of a doctor, that never worked out,ever,not once...and the worst for me was when i did my nose surgery the guy was a butcher, i swear to god he was but i was taken there through a friend of my step-father, who sent us to his friend, well i didnt like him, he fucked up, but i am to blame for not reacting and rejecting him as my surgeon, live and learn, and lose some nerves and pieces from your nose and other parts of your body on the way to wisedom, i guess...

So i would like to put all my requests, all the qualities i will look for in a dentist on a piece of paper before i go looking for one, looking for a needle in a haystack(thats how i feel), so any advice will be appreciated, what should i ask and look for besides the things i already listed? thanks...
