Yes, but everone KNOWS fish is healthy and red meat is not, unless the red meat is buffalo, then it's heathy.

But then again maybe not. Read an article awhile back that stated all fish now come with a free serving of mercury, obviously some are worse then others. Then of course there are the Japanese fish that tend to glow in the dark.
