Default Water Fasting

Here is the deal...

i have a few health problems which only a surgery can fix,i leave that aside as i cannot do anything about that...

Fasting is aimed at my HPV(Genital Warts),Tongue mycosis or thrust,Hives,Acne,Herpes, the aim or the goal is to give my body a few days,so it can put ALL of its resourses at cleaning itself, restoring itself, fighting a war without having to digest food and all that...

I am 21 years old, tall around 175cm and weight 55-60 kilos(as you see i cannot do a fast for a prolonged period bcuz i dont have any fat for my body to feed off of,for a prolonged period)

So guys and gals, this is the end...my friend hehe

i gotta take drastic measures, bcuz im in a drastic situation...in order to achieve something one has never achieved, one must do something one has never done, and thats what im gonna do...

any imput would be greatly appreciated,really...

i am starting this today or tomorrow,i dont know how many days yet,but not more that 5 days,if i manage..and if i end up in the hospital well, tuff luck besides living has become quite unbearable...

I have done 36 hr water fasts a couple times. They make you feel better. If you workout and let's say you wake up monday and have nothing but water and tues morning you hit the gym, you will get an amazing workout.

Years ago I did a couple of 3 day water fasts, lost a few pounds and felt pretty good afterwards.

Question

I've never done a water fast, but I do wish you well & success, Truestory.
Just be careful not to hurt yourself.
Do the rest of you think She should try to add some nutrients to her water?
Maybe some liquid ones?

I have worked in two clinics that promoted and guided people on fasting as well as spending time at the Hippocrates Institute. I would first of all say that water fasting is not a good way to go in this day and age.

Be aware that no significant detox from water fasting occurs until you get past day three. It takes at least that long for the body to reverse its processes and start dumping.

The other issue with water is that it is not protective to all the dangerous chemicals we are exposed to daily from the air we breath and our general environment. Juices have a protective nutrional quality that can help protect against these dangers.

Water fasting is for a day and age long past us now.

I have seen significant healing from fasting but I will tell you that I have not seen the results from it that I have seen from MMS. You would be better off spending your time doing an MMS detox protocol. It should take care of that HPV and any other critters hanging around that you may not be aware of.

you can learn about mms at www.jimhumble.biz and we have many eperienced users of MMS that visit this forum to help guide you

I would stay on your med for the mouth issue as MMS has shown to not be all that great on all fungal cases. You really want that fungus gone. Do not shorten the length of time you take the meds and if the meds are done and its still there do not delay to go back to the doctor for more. I have seen that some cases require two or three times the recommended and usually successful treatment time. You do not want to develop a resistant infection to a med that seem to be working. Increaseing the time of use is the answer if it is not fully gone. The meds that you are taking for this are generally pretty safe for most people so don't worry about that. MMS seems to take care of fungus to a degree but it has not been successful in every case. Fungus can develop into a pretty serious situation if left unattended.

I do not recommend fasting if you suffer from a plethora of health ailments and various conditions that can be triggered further if your body lacks nutrients and hence suppressing your immune system.

Instead you should eat normally, and take anti-oxidant supplements- vitamin B complex, vitamin C, E to increase your immunity. Also please take care to have your mycosis treated. Certain foods will naturally kill fungi in the body- such as vinegar, so make sure you load up on the balsamic vinaigrette for your salads!

vingegar is very controversial regarding candida/yeast. MMS users have stopped using it as an activating agent for mms because some of these users are so challenged with candida that just a small amount sets them off.

this link, in the large green box, explains that only apple cider vinegar is acceptable. I don't know where the truth lies on this one. I do not seem to be sensitive to any particular type of vinegar myself.

Not to be nosey but how do you know that only surgery can fix these health problems. Some dis-eases are caused by lack of nutrients. Orthomolecular medicine claims large amounts of certain vitamins can correct dis-ease states of health.

Vit. C comes to mind for you. Large, large doses at least 10,000 mg. a day. Check out what Linus Pauling has to say about it here: https://www.orthomolecular.org/resour...s/v01n12.shtml

There's a great book that might give you some helpful ideas. It's called "How to Live Longer and Feel Better" by Linus Pauling. https://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/IS...xanderchislenA

With the exception of man made disease, such as vaccines, radiation and chemical poisoning, all disease can be traced back to a vitamin / mineral deficiency.

Mainstream medicine will never realize this.

good one

i just got reminded when i was a kid,in 1996 or 1997 i was seven or eight years old they took all the kids of my class to get vaccinated(it was done to everyone in schools when they reach a certain class year, and it was a vaccine in the shoulder(btw alot of people where i come from carry a small scar on their shoulder from that vaccine fo life...

so when my turn came i went and sat on the chair and the nurse whatever took cleaned the area, took the needle and tried once, twice, third time and couldnt do it bcuz i was moving too much(i was scared shitless from needles,i still am just less now ) so she requested a teacher to hold me fuckers!!...anyway 2 teacher came and they couldnt hold me still so they decided to leave me for last,so they can all hold me and i guess so the other children wont be scared looking at me whining like a lil bit.h

so i was seated again to wait for my,''medicine''...and while they were vaccinating the rest,i opened a window, and left...

heh now i realised in the past few months the kind of favor i did to myself,i never did get that vaccine after all

Imho, fasting is a very good thing... It gives your body a chance to rest... I know alot of people who take one day a week to fast, taking in nothing but water.. From what I have read, it takes at least three days for your body to use up all the stored food in your stomach and intestines...after three days, your stomach supposedly shuts off, and thats when your body starts using all the excess fat that is in your body... From what I have been taught, your body will eat all the diseased, weak and toxic crud first...if the fast continues, it will start eating your good muscles...and that is when you start feeling hungry again. The time will take longer for different people... if you are super healthy, and lean, you may not be able to fast more then 5 days...if you are overweight, you can fast for longer.... I personally did a waterfast for forty days...but it was a spiritual journey, and not for a physical reason...something I felt God led me to do... I felt fine the whole time, I had no hunger, had no cravings, had no issues....until the very last day, and I stupidly bought a specialty pizza to celebrate something for my daughter.... then all I could do was think about the pizza.... ended up eating some of it on the 41st day, and ended up with stomach cramps... I was fortunate I only had cramps...it could have caused serious damage from what I have since been told.... If you fast for any longer then 3-5 days, be careful how you break your fast...If you are water fasting, then to break the fast, start with herb tea or juice for a meal or two...then eat some soft fruit... try the fruit and then veggies for a few meals... go slow, listen to what your body is telling you...Once you have all the crud out of your body, you would think that it would be so much easier to switch to a healthy diet, but dont be fooled...go slow, try to stay away from the foods that have been causing you problems, let the results of your fast continue by eating good quality food instead of the junk that we normally go back to....Best wishes... I hope you enjoy your fast, and have positive results from it.... Remember, if you dont tell people you are fasting, then honestly your experience will be better... if they dont know, then they wont tell you what a stupid idea it is to fast..... Oh, and remember, your body goes through a mirad of emotions while fasting... (I came up with some awesome sunday school ideas) But what ever you do, hold off on making any major decisions concerning your life until you are done fasting... dont quit your job or break up with your fiance or leave your wife, while you are fasting...it could just be a side effect of the fasting, and you will probably regret it after the fast is over

I don't believe in fasting when the immune system is compromised. It puts too much stress on the body. One day may be okay, or a partial day, like from sunrise to sunset should be beneficial.
