Default Life is a challenge

I find life a challenge.....a great challenge. We are faced with everything at all times. Work, health, children, family, ....and we wonder why we are so sick. Could it be that we have too much on our plates? And knowledge. Can we ever get enough!? ....and fighting. Fighting for our health....fighting for our paycheck, our parents, children, government, ...fighting a society that is in constant havoc. What is all of this????????????????
You have to find a balance...which brings me back to the word challenge. It is a challenge to find balance. It starts for me by not 'internalizing' my environment. Life is going to be life whether you like it or not. It is how you react to it that is going to make all the difference in the world.
Think about all your relationships. Everyone in your life. How do you react to them? Is it in anger? Impatience? Love? Kindness? Forgiveness? Sometimes we need to stop being so worried about how life is treating us and start to think of how we are treating life.

Any responses?

I believe that life can definitely be a challenge at times, and since we are not in control of the situations that surround and affect us, we do spend much of our time fighting for or against things that play a part in our lives, and the lives of our families. We can't get enough knowledge, the problem is that many times, the 'powers that be' use their knowledge in negative ways, usually with a money incentive involved, otherwise our country would be a much better and healthier place to live.

I learned years ago to always look at the big picture when I get upset about little everyday things. As challenging as life may be, it is truly a gift. Our days are numbered, and as soon as we accept this fact, the better off we are. An upsetting expression is that we begin to age and die as soon as we are born. There is truth to this.

I am more patient, kind, and forgiving with others as time goes on and I learn more about life. One thing that is wise to remember, is that we all come into this earth alone, and that is the way we'll leave. Nobody here was born to please us, and we all have very unique and special attributes that form our thoughts and personalities. Therefore, if some people are doing things or saying things that upset us, we have to put it in perspective, and take it (or leave it) for what it's worth. Best not to give it so much power as to disrupt our own outlooks and well-being.

I agree that people need to stop worrying so much about the cards they've been dealt, and make the best of their situation. Too many live in the past, feeling guilt or resentment for things they did that they feel were wrong. Dreaming about unrealistic hopes for the future also robs people of living their lives to the fullest in the moment, on that particular day. Only if they have a close call near death, do some realize the value of life.

I say, don't live in the past, be thankful for what you have, and live life to the fullest everyday. Best not to put too much emphasis on monetary items, and breathe the fresh air, appreciate nature and look to the heavens for the spectacular beauty that truly brings us peace and satisfaction.

Some thoughts on how your thoughts effect reality:

ARGUE FOR YOUR LIMITATIONS AND SURE ENOUGH THEYRE YOURS

IN ORDER TO LIVE FREE AND HAPPILY YOU MUST SACRIFICE BOREDOM. IT IS NOT ALWAYS AN EASY SACRIFICE.

LEARNING IS FINDING OUT WHAT YOU ALREADY KNOW. DOING IS DEMONSTRATING THAT YOU KNOW IT. TEACHING IS REMINDING OTHERS THAT THEY KNOW JUST AS WELL AS YOU. YOU ARE ALL LEARNERS DOERS, TEACHERS

THE MARK OF YOUR IGNORANCE IS THE DEPTH OF YOUR BELIEF IN INJUSTICE AND TRAGEDY. WHAT THE CATERPILLAR CALLS THE END OF THE WORLD, THE MASTER CALLS A BUTTERFLY.

YOU ARE NEVER GIVEN A WISH WITHOUT THE POWER TO MAKE IT TRUE. YOU MAY HAVE TO WORK FOR IT, HOWEVER

HERE IS A TEST TO FIND WHETHER YOUR MISSION ON EARTH IS FINISHED; IF YOU ARE ALIVE IT ISNT

Life is a challenge. We have to find the strength to see that we were not put onto this earth to live in our own little bubble, isolated from others or to live in fear, anger or regret. We were meant to live fully by being loving and giving. Our life is valued moment by moment. Each moment matters: every little deed of kindness matters, every thought of love and beauty matters. Knowing we have a God who loves us and has a plan for us brings meaning in the most difficult times. He'll never leave us or forsake us. Life is today. It is now. Make your moments count!

I've been on overload so my philosophy lately has been; If it doesn't feel peaceful, let it go.
No sense wasting energy 'sweatin' the small stuff' when there's much bigger and better crap to be worried about! Lol

No doubt stress is a big factor as far as health is concerned, and worry never really helps anything..

As far as sickness goes, if you go back far enough, it is because we are deficient in vitamins and minerals, especially minerals because vitamins won't work without mineral cofactors. Once you become deficient in one or more mineral, fungus/cancer can take over, and/or any other disease.
The good news is that if you start to supplement with colloidal minerals you can reverse almost any condition.

I see studies on how selenium can cure cancer, calcium can reverse high blood pressure, gallium can prevent brain tumors, copper can prevent artery damage, and chromium/vanadium can reverse type 2 Diabetes...etc..

There are 60 minerals, and you need them all. They work in a synergistic manner, so even lacking one mineral can have serious consequenses.
