\r\nMy first post on this forum. Found here through searching for healthy lifestyles after doing tons an tons of research over the past weeks on food, health, sources of good food, natural healing, etc.

\r\nI was prompted to do this mainly because I have a keen interest in the truth but also after starting to feel pretty crappy most the time and realising my diet is probably a culprit! Also, I\'ve started suffering from acid reflux issues that have gone on for a month and a bit now and doesn\'t seem to disappear despite my omeprazole pill I take daily.

\r\nI want to kick start a new healthy me and I was looking a lot into the best way to do this and was wanting to look to the people on this forum to help me do that. I guess my main issue is, despite wanting to consume mostly things within the vegan diet (while not fully going vegan) I feel stuck most the time because I don\'t feel I have a lot of different dishes I can make to keep things interesting and keep myself up with it.

\r\nI also plan to do juicing as another great way to start getting all the good stuff my body is probably desperate for.

\r\nI also wanted to ask advice from here on what supplements I can take in order to keep myself in tip top condition. From all the research I\'ve done it seems like it would be a good idea to take: Vitamin D, Fish Oil, B12. I was wondering what other supplements I can add to this to really get my health going in the right direction? Oh and in case anyone was worried, I do intend to only take good quality natural supplements and none of the synthetic ones made by drug companies and sold for cheap in supermarkets etc.

Default Kick start healthy lifestyle

Hi guys,

My first post on this forum. Found here through searching for healthy lifestyles after doing tons an tons of research over the past weeks on food, health, sources of good food, natural healing, etc.

I was prompted to do this mainly because I have a keen interest in the truth but also after starting to feel pretty crappy most the time and realising my diet is probably a culprit!
