Definitely take advantage of the machines Chatterbox, not all of us can access them so easily for a low price!

Cardio workouts will benefit your heart, lungs, organs and muscles. Your body will utilize oxygen better. I've used treadmills, free weights, bikes, rowing machines and steppers in the past, and would be happy to use them now if it was free of charge.

You'll feel great overall, it's a super workout! Learning to use each piece properly is EASY, be sure to ask for help if you need it. You don't have to be over-weight to benefit from this exercise. JUST DO IT!

Yep, the cardio room could contain all that ^ stuff. It could also be an 'open' room where aerobics, step aerobics, zumba, and that sort of thing is held. Take a peek in the next time you're passing by & let us know

Regular exercise is very beneficial to health, so use the equipment froggy.

Get that heart rate up to 140 and keep it there for at least half an hour. Just make sure you bring some "clean" water, take some antioxidants after working out, and don't overdoooo it to start.

Just walking can also be very beneficial... and its free.

Ah yes, the infamous cardio room. The activity you'll love to hate. As boring as it can be to do cardio, the nice thing is there are a variety of ways you can go about getting your fill of cardio without making it seem like "work." If you're an active type person sports (ie kickboxing, boxing, martial arts) may best suit you but if you just want to lose weight then the machines work too

Just be sure to switch it up between the treadmill, eliptical, bike, etc to keep things fresh for you and your body. Cheers
