Is handball a good excercise to do? If I play handball almost every day for good amount of time, is it worth it?

I would think it would be a very good exercise... I have never seen handball played, except for in the movies, and it seems pretty strenuous to me... according to this site...
https://www.calorie-count.com/calories/activity/408.html
an hours worth of handball is burning almost 600 calories. So, if you dont eat the food to compensate for the exercise, (in other words dont eat a big mac as soon as your done playing) if you played 5 days a week, that would be a pound a week that you could burn off. Just remember, dont drink sodas or the energy drinks, they have lots of sugar and sodium in them... and with the summer heat, it could really cause problems for you... I knew a young girl who was rushed to the hospital, becus she passed out in the shower. To find out, the only thing she had been drinking was gatorade, and she got dehydrated really really bad..... those sports drinks are not as good for you as they say they are!!!!!

Tennis or racketball might also be beneficial.

So what kind of drink can I have? Cuz it gets very hot and I sweat a lot. I drink water but sometimes that doesn't help.

water with lemon or orange slices in it... green tea, herbal teas. Some one once had a recipe for a homemade gatorade that was good for ya, I will see if I can find it... If you really need another taste, then drink real juice but just not a whole lot of it, they have lots of calories. I have gotten to the point where I like the plain sparkling water, still has the bubbly that I enjoy, so you might try that.
