I think he should hold out until he gets a offer for CEO.
That should be coming along any day now.

It is all about what they learned or didn't learn in school.

That reminds me of a story a friend told. He was at a local mall, it was summer and he had a short sleeve shirt on. a young (teenage) girl comes up to him and asks the time. He holds up his arm so she can read his watch. Whereupon she exclaims "OH I can't read that it has hands!"

Exclamation

It is a Tough job market for recent grads, and why my grandson decided to
accept a job as a Policeman for an adjacent County to where he lives. After
12 weeks initial training, then additional on the job training with a more
experienced Officer, he's now on his own - 10 hour shifts, income of $47K,
free police car and free uniforms, and full health benefits.
He is debt free and his parents, along with scholarships paid for his college.
At this time he's still living at home with parents, though has a girlfriend with
a great job at Cincinnati Bell Tel. - she speaks fluent Spanish, and has a
college degree. He does contribute to household expenses, & pays room and
board to his parents. He's also saving money for a down payment on a home
of his own in the future.
Fernanda, his girlfriend, is American born but her father is from Venezuela,
mother is American. She and my grandson met in College.

GREAT! He should load up on a couple mutual funds for 2 yrs. (Preferably a foreign/iternational one) and a balanced one. He will be happy down the line!
