Mike is on a distinguished road
Default black cumin

Arrowwind,

The nutritionist who works with one of my doctors has recommended for me to use black cumin seed oil for my prostate cancer. The active ingredient against cancers seems to be thymoquinone. It is uncertain if the oil you can purchase contains enough of this substance to do much good against cancer. The studies seem to use lots of this isolated substance instead of the pure oil. Your post, however, stimulated me to purchase some of the oil nonetheless. It may be worth a try; at least I can use it in an (expensive) salad dressing.
Thanks.

Mike
