signs of some kind of arthritis froml inflammation . Serrapeptase will probably get rid of it.

I agree with Arrow about the inflammation, you can also try MSM if you're not taking it already. Hopefully it's nothing more serious than that.

Silica (diatomaceous Earth) and vitamin C can build up the joints and reduce inflammation. Boswellia (frankincense), licorice root, and yucca root are great for inflammation. For chronic pain, an amino acid called DL-phenylalanine (DLPA), raises dopamine levels, the body's own pain killer. Unfortunately it takes a few weeks to kick in, but once it does the effects last a month or more. Turmeric is also good for pain. It is an anti-inflammatory. Chaparral is probably the best. So there's a few options.

I drank a bottle of fiji water the other night (high in silica) and last night I took a low dose (40,000 IU) serrapeptase on arrowinds rec and the knees were so so, the ankles were a little sore. This morning I also took 2 40mg ananase (enteric coated Bromelean) and am doing ok now.

I wouldn't take more than that, 1,000mg is what we take per day. I took 2,000 for awhile, and for me it caused muscle cramping in my legs, so I backed off.

Yes. Also due to its blood thinning property. Same for nattokinase.

When inflammation is bad, serrapeptase takes a few days of dosing.
Many with irritable bowel syndrome swear by it as part of their therapy.
Of course it is best to try to eliminate the cause, but sometimes the cause is hard to see.

With inflammation its like you have a mysterious lock and you know somewhere the key is to be found to unlock it.. you have a huge bag of keys and you have to try one after another until you find the right key.

and then to top it off each lock that each person has is a little different so the key that works for someone elses lock won't fit yours.

Sometimes the right key is at the bottom of the bag and people give up before t trying all the keys.

glad you are feeling somewhat better.

Unless you are taking an NSAID, things won't necessarily happen over night.

One of my powerful alternatives is nattokinase. I always keep a bottle. Actually, I am currently taking one capsule each morning and night along with serrapeptase.

Like other proteases, nattokinase has potent anti-inflammatory activity as well as several other beneficial properties. Nattō is a traditional Japanese food made from fermented soybeans. It has a very strong smell and a sticky consistency, but is very rich in protein. To make Nattō, the soybeans are fermented with the beneficial bacteria Bacillus natto (it is sometimes listed as Bacillus subtilis natto). During fermentation, the Bacilli produce enzymatic peptidases, the most important of which is nattokinase. https://www.specialtyenzymes.com/educ...erature-review

I always take nattokinase as an alternative to aspirin. I have not had aspirin for over 20 years.

I need to order some more serrapeptase, but it has been 90 degrees here the past few days which makes me think the potsal or ups warehouse will be hot also. I do not want 110 degree heat to deactivate the enzymes.

That would be a cooling trend for me. Triple digit weather for a month and no change in sight. No rain, and none in sight either. Lake Travis is beginning to look like a creek.

I have a long list of supplements that I need, but I'll refrain. Thank goodness I have some good shops locally. People's RX is a good one to find that odd supplement.

I have drs best serra 40,000 and will order the 120,000 ones. I will wait until the weather here has a 4 day long below 85 forecast.

BTW, the ananase I took this morning I picked up last dec in portugal and leave it in the fridge. Stuff works and it was available in the US until the early 80s when they pulled it.
