Default Knee Pain %#$@(&@$%

Last week I hit the gym s,m,t,w,th. Twice s,t and th. I woke up friday and my left knee was stiff and tender. I took an aleve early which helped slightly and then later and sat and sun took turmeric extract which helped. This morning it was not too bad so I went to the gym and just did the bike for a 20 minute quickie. I am really feeling it in the patellar tendon area right now. I brought 3 X 40,000 IU serrapeptase capsules in and am waiting until noon to make sure my stomach is completely empty to take them.

If I have something with inflamation, I take nattokinase. I don't know if it does anything for pain. Pain is rare for me. Headaches are very rare, with occasional sinus headache. I also take serrapeptase, but not while I'm taking nattokinase. Too much blood thinning.

Before last week it was personal training (weights) 3 days a week for 30 min shots and a couple stair machines or treadmills. Last week I over did it with 4 weight lifting sessions and a bunch of stair machine and treadmill sessions.

Yep, that'll do it. Poor you!! It kinda sets you back cause you have to baby it for awhile.

On my leg day (leg press, squats, lunges, calf raises) I don't do any cardio or anything extra because the same thing happens to me (with my left knee) if I overdo it.

Hope you recover quickly

Cool

I used to have horrible pain in both knees especially with weather changes. And especially when rain or snow was coming. Arthritis I think!
But, as long as I eat/use some of the ultra hot cayenne powder every day,
I don't get the knee pain any longer.
I think it helps a bit of arthritis in my back too, as no pain there. But fingers not as much help.
Although w/fingers I have more stiffness than actual pain.

I'm interested in how you make out with the PT on Monday.

Ya know what? I think I did see part of it & it was hilarous. My pc doesn't have speakers right now, but when they get hooked up, I'll be hitting:

Somebody said the Snookie episode was funny too.

Gee Saved, the way you throw the f-bomb around, you sure you don't live in jersey too? Lol

I will be doing the PT tomorrow. I went yesterday early afternoon and did back and biceps and went last night and just did 30 minutes on the stair machine. Knee was fine. Time to get back into the harder/longer workouts again, but I will progress slowly the next week or 2 to avoid injuries.

I got turned on to some stuff called Ultimate Joint relief. I've been taking it daily right after my workouts. It has helped with inflammation and pain very well.
