Default Ladies & Gentlemen (sore knees, etc.)

I need your assistance! For the past three months my knees have been really sore, so much so that walking upstairs is a chore; which at 49 isn't encouraging!!! I also have pain in my left shoulder, although I can still move it easily enough, its like a dull ache - persistent though. Add to this I am constantly tired, I really am fed up with this tiredness! I am what is classed by my doctor as chronically ill, I walk with a stick as my balance is poor, and my knee(right)tends to collapse without warning. I am 6ft tall, and weigh 18 stones(I have lost 2 stones this year).
Currently my appetite is poor, which has helped me lose weight! My mood is mainly lethargic and I suffer with depression. I do take pharmaceutical medication for depression which I have cut down and want to stop taking altogether. For pain relief I am on morphine. I take a few other meds too.
My medical history in brief:-

2003 found out I had Familial Adenomatous Polyposis(December)
2004 - Bowel Cancer. Large colon removed and small colon converted into ileo anal pouch.
2006 - Abdominal Tumor(Desmoid) removed
2009 - Nasal Tumor removed

I now have a lump on my nose again, this time its on the outside and not far from my right eye. I know theres a lot of information to take in but I will appreciate your input. I would rather avoid more surgery and more allopathic medicine!

Namaste,

rev

There is much you can do to improve your health.

Are you familiar with MMS? start here. www.jimhumble.biz.
I would do 3 weeks of mms at least then report back on how you feel. We can give lots of support on using mms here in this forum. It can get rid of many parasites, both large and microscopic.
you will find that most of the regulars here think that cancer and many debilitating diseases are caused by pathogens, and all too often pathogens the regular medical docs know nothing of... remember. it took ages for them to confess that ulcers were caused by a bacteria... untill then they said all ulcers were caused by stress... there are many pathogens that they can not see and MMS is a cost effective way to clear your field of many of them

then I would send you to my blog called www.healthsalon.org and click in the left column "arthritis" I think you should try CMO and serrapeptase. These will help what sounds like RA symptoms or some kind of arthritis.. it will reduce the need for morphine. What ever you do keep your pain undercontrol with or without morphine. We don't want you cycling down due to pain. We should manage to find a way before too long to get away from the morphine.

You probably need to mega dose on vitamin D for a few weeks at 50,000 IU a day for a week, 10,000 a day for a week then level off at 5,000 from then on. This will increase pelvic strength. Do a forum search here on Vtiamen D3 and see all the benefits of this most important vitamin. If you can get a D3 test done before you start and in week 6 that would be good. You need to be way up there, like at level 70 to 90. Convention says 50 is normal. but you need more. I keep up there too becasue of my health history.

When not on mms you should take about 3 to 4 grams of vit c in ascorbic acid form a day... it is not compatable with mms. Only take as much as your gut can tolerate. Don't push yourself into diarrhea.

You need a green drink 2 x day. Greens 8000 from www.iherb.com is excellent and a fair price. Your in UK? I think they ship there. put in BAR 967 coupon code and I think you will get $5 off first purchase. To this greens drink add Jarrow whey from the same site. This will increase glutathione levels. you can mix the whole deal with juice of your choice or water, yogurt etc. This is one of the better places to purchase most of the stuff you need.

for D3 go to www.vitalady.com you want biotec D3 brand. or her brand which is slightly cheaper but I know for a fact is exactly the same stuff under her lable. Purchase the 50,000 IU bottle and a 5,000 IU bottle. this will help prevent a multitude of cancers and other chronic disease.

Now use our forum search and learn about lugols iodine. I also have stuff on Healthsalon.org and use the search feature there for finding articles. You really need to learn about this stuff.

You should also be on a good acidolophus (sp?) product or learn to make your own yogurt. I assume you have digestive issues since you have no colon? Is your small intestine intact? for if not there is yet more to do. Let me know. Can you assimilate B12? has the doctor said anything about this?

for the familial polyps you can clear that and mms should help. but you also want to take 6 grams of folic acid 3 x day with quercetin at least 20mg (but could be much more) 3 x day also or is this not an issue anymore because the colon is gone? so what shape is your small intestine in? It is crucial that what remains functions optimally. Please give more detail. If they used part of the lower segment to make that pouch you certainly may be hiving B12 deficiency. You can have blood work done to check but their normal levels are too low anyway and even megadosing on B12 can take care of many pain problems but your doc will not be hip to it. I wouldjust say try B12 shots and see how you feel. Try to talk your doc into one shot a week for a month then report back. All B vitamins really need to be ramped up anyway.

Change your diet and remove all carbohydrates from your diet if you can.. no bread, no tortillas, no corn, no potoatoes, no pasta.

Instead eat lots and lots of veggies. Steamed, raw, how ever you can get them in. Fish and good quality meat if you can but the whey will supply 17 grams of protien per dose if I recall. You need fats and I hope you can digest them. If so add coconut oil, one tablespoon at least a day, two if you can tolerate it. If you think that this may cause you to loose weight add black beans or navy beans. Don't purchase canned. Cook them yourself. When soaking before cooking soak them with a few drops of lugols iodine in the water to break down the enzyme that may cause gas problems. All your carbs should come from veggies, beans is a second choice if weight is an issue, small amts of brown rice or quiona is good too. We don't want you to get too skinny. This grains can be had at breakfast. no rule about time of day and people should eat them in the am to have the fuel to run on through the day.

Of course you will have to filter all this through diet restrictions you may, or may not have.

For the lump on your nose we need more informaton. Is it cancer? you think it is the same thing as the last tumor in the nose? What was it exactly?

For depression get some 5htp - https://5htp.com/

Default an enormously big thank you!

Wow!!! I really appreciate all of what you've written and advised!!! Many, many thanks! I will be following what you've advised.
In answer to the small colon question, this is now a pouch. I take loperimide 8x daily to firm my stool.
B12 injection. I will ask my doctor whom I am hoping to see next week, he's normally sympathetic to me so fingers crossed about the injection.
I currently weigh 18 stones, and losing some weight would be a positive move; although I am losing weight now through poor appetite!
The lump on my nose I havent had diagnosed yet, but the tumour last year was in my nostril, this blighter is on the outside and creeping up towards my nose. Again I will sort this out when I see my doctor.
Regarding MMS, I am treating Pippa with this, as she has swollen lymphnodes, and they are beginning to shrink. This is the second week of MMS for Pippa who has tolerated the MMS really well.
Now its time for me to use the MMS!!! I also use colloidal silver too.

Namaste,

Rev

Well, I don't really know what a stone is... sounds kinda primiative. The main thing is with your condition until you are more well I do not advise loosing much weight. Weight is reserves that you may need and if you are loosing weight due to reduced appetite this is a concern. What do you think causes your loss of appetite? This should be addressed somehow, and without the use of a drug if possible.

Regarding B12, Methycycobalamine is the prefered type of B12 to get for injection... but get what ever you can. If he will not do it for you or will not give you enough we will look in other directions. B12 is assimilated by the lower part of the small intestinal tract so I am assuming that that has been fairly damaged due to surgery..

I do not think that you will need collodial silver and MMS at the same time. I would try putting MMS on that tumor on the nose if it were me. I have heard of skin cancers being resolved with mms topically. But this my opinion stictly. You must form your own. Never leave mms on for more than 3 minutes, then rinse off.

Was the other tumor in the nostril a cancer?

For some reason I got the impression that pippa was doing mms 3 x day. i think for you an hourly dose or every two hours may be better.. see www.jimhumble.biz to explain why.

Somewhere I think I have a diet protocol for those who have had colon removed and part of intestines. I have to assume that if they formed a pouch of your lower intestine it is not absorbing correctly. The small intestine is really quite long and each section of it has a different work to do regarding absorption of nutrients. If you see your doctor try to get a pretty clear understaind of how must of it was used to form this pouch... like specific, 5 inches? 10 inches, 2 feet?... ( or in whatever system of measurements you use there. Centimeters?)

also ask your doctor what other type of drugs can be used to solidify stool. You should be aware of your options and it may take time to find them all out. I am not saying to change anything. Just be aware... sometimes getting this kind of info is like trying to pull teeth.

Default food for thought!

Well, I don't really know what a stone is - 14lbs x 18 = 252lbs!!!I was 280lbs, so I have lost quite a bit! Nikki, my wife, notices more than me, and our daughter has passed comment; which for a teenager is quite remarkable! As to why my appetite has diminished I have no clue! I confess to being a sweet tooth but I currently don't bother with sweets/chocolate. I am a veggie, eat salads with my meals regularly, I drink coffee(2-3 mugs daily), don't drink alcohol much - maybe once a month.

Regarding the B12 injection I will ask my doctor when I see him - trying to get an appointment is an almost impossible task! I will also find how much small intestine was used, from what I can gather I was an awkward patient, the op was 13 hrs long. I will find out for sure though!

My nasal tumor was cancerous. I missed the check up appts as I was ill with something else and never arranged a follow up(sick of hospitals!!!). I will try the MMS on the lump and post the developments.

I will up my MMS as you mentioned and have visited the site of Jim Humble. My wife has said that since being on the MMS she has seen an improvement in me, she says my aura is brighter and my eyes too! I have suffered with depression for 36yrs and currently am not feeling depressed!

I will follow up the other suggestions too, and look forward to your next post! PLUS A BIG THANK YOU!!!

Namaste,

Rev
