Google seems to like this forum a lot. Recently, I just noticed some great rankings such as 'natural health forum' and 'health forum'.

1. 	Isn't weird how this forum https://www.naturalhealthforum.net/ is listed just above ours in a google search yet its got next to nothing on it! How they do that?

2. 	More accurately, it's above ours for a certain keyword. It's normal - No website can dominate all keywords.
