Yes , MMS2 is very strong. I took it for 3 weeks (5-7 pills/day). My reccomendation is as follows.
• Drink 2 glasses of water with it.
• Eat before you take it.
• Anything alkaline will help. 1/4 teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate in 1 L of water will soften the blow. Drink 2 glasses of that water and it will help a lot.
