You don't use orange juice because it has vitamin C which is an antioxidant.... MMS (chlorine dioxide) is an oxidant but a very weak one. It can only oxidize the bad stuff. Vitamin C just keeps MMS from killing the bad stuff and nothing more. Coffee and tea are also have antioxidants so try to seperate your dose from them by a few hours if you can.

Most fruit juices have vit c but not enough to interfere with mms. Lots of people use pineapple. I have preferred apple. Just don't purchase any juice with added vitamin c.

You are not supposed to use a juice that contains Vitamin C or antioxidants because these will inactivate the MMS. If you are feeling nausea you drink some juice that contains vitamin C to stop the nausea. It stops it because it inactivates the MMS. I would think that pineapple juice would be a bad choice. I have heard grape juice or apple juice with no added vitamin C. I take mine by putting it in a capsule and then swallow with 2-3 cups of water. The taste is horrid otherwise. Like a very sour chlorine.
