My girlfriend ordered a bottle of this for me without telling me first, she thinks it should be helpful as I use computer a lot. I know nothing about it, should I use it at all?

I have used it on many people with eye problems, its a great herb for the eyes. It certainly wont hurt you, and may, in fact, help.

I've used the homeopathic preparation of eyebright for a variety of eye inflammations and it has worked very well.

You may want to consider making a tea of the herb to flush your eyes with when they feel strained, red or itchy.
