Low flow rate oxygen flow rate meter

Does anyone know a company that supplies Low flow rate oxygen meters also known as Paediatric meters that would ship outside the US.

I am in Cyprus and need a meter that starts at 1/32.

The few companies I have found will not ship outside the US.
