Default Drinking spices?

Hi -- I've recently been reading a lot about various spices and they have enormous benefits.

I cook frequently with some spices -- cinnamon, cumin, ginger -- but I would love to take in a broader spectrum daily or every few days.

Does anyone take spices nutritionally or medicinally? Whole or ground? Toasted or raw? In a cup of water - cold or hot? In oil? In milk? Will it dissolve? How will it taste? Will I gag?

Any insights are appreciated!

I take a small spoonful of ground Turmeric every morning in orange juice with my Chlorella. I sometimes put in a bit of black pepper, as it's supposed to help the body absorb the Turmeric. I cook with various spices, and use cinnamon in my tea when I have it in winter. If I have a cold, although that's rare, I'll also put some Ginger in the tea.

taking in "more" spices isnt necessarily better for you. id focus instead on cooking with spices. most spices are antibacterial, which can be good, except that 90% of the cells in human body arent human cells. what do you think will happen to the good bacteria that you have if you take a bunch of antibacterial plants at once? why i mention cooking. if you eat a diet that doesnt contain many refined grains/ refined sugars, then you shouldnt have much of a problem to deal with, and given a long enough timeline of this, many, if not most issues will work themself out, as long as one rotates the different foods in their diet.

I'm interested in spices beyond the anti-bacterial effects.

I do try to cook with spices, but I find that certain ones do not get used regularly enough. This is why I'd like a less culinary method of consuming some spices.

Get yourself a capsule maker and you can take all your spices. Make them into a powder and put into capsules. Most all spices have a high ORAC score which fights of damage to the body. I personally take cloves, moringa, turmeric, cinnamon, rosemary, thyme, sage, basil, oregano, ginger, parsley, every day.
