There are a lot of mineral and vitamin deficiencies which will cause mental problems and getting these back into your system will in fact correct the cause.
\n If you have gluten intolerance even taking the correct mineral/vitamin will not be enough until you stop gluten 100% because it will block the absorption of the nutriments.\r\n

The psychotropic medication I am on is completely messing up my life. It's negatively affecting my sleep, cognition, physical health, etc. That's why my goal is to reduce it down to 2.5mg-5mg. I am currently on 10mg, which is too much. It is also making me eat unhealthy toxic foods and beverages. Christ said to remove the cause of your bad habits; in my case, it's being on too much medication. Once my cause is removed, then my bad habits will be obviated from my life once and for all.
