Great find: I try to avoid it, but have no clue when you go out to eat what oils they use. I did notice at whole foods and trader joes that there are lots of items with canola. Add a buck to the price and use olive oil.

I saw beautiful yellow fields of it in France and the UK. It is very popular all over the world. Palm oil is very popular in Asia though. It is a number one commodity resource in Canada too.
