right now I have them mounted in my living room over my balcony. But you can take them out to a park and hang them over a tree for an awesome workout like the guy in the video.

Got some for 30 bucks. Cheap awesome way to get a great fun workout. And my kids love them and I love to help them learn some gymnastic stuff with them.
