CIA Backs Study on Climate Control

I would say that they and all the other alphabet agencies have not only been already studying it but have perfected it. When we look at the abnormal behavior of some recent storms it appears that it has been used to promote political agendas.

The amount of money that they are now going to spend on it is but a mere drop in the bucket. However it will allow them to say that it is now �officially� possible to do what they have already been doing for some time.

I agree that they've already been doing it for some time. Unfortunately, I grew up on Imperial margarine, lol.
