I'm not sure "renowned" is an accurate description of Mehmet Oz. Notorious may be more appropriate.
Remember also this the perspective from "health professionals" perspective. It needs another few chapters to explain how hypertension may be controlled/prevented with alternative or complementary or supplementary strategies.
