\nYou know there is no indication what kind of food i do had to eat! What i did was: after the pain was gone i keep eating the food as clear as possible for more than three months. NOTHING OUT OF A CAN, A BOX, GLASS, PACKAGES, NOTHING THAT IS MADE IN A FACTORY. Clear from chemicals. The European Community give green light for a lot of chemicals which the factorys can add to their products: E321, E453..... . So if i buy some food i first look how many E\'s there are inside. If there are too many of them i don\'t buy. After those three months i start eating the things that i like. BUT ONLY ONE KIND OF FOOD AT THE TIME. You know we have overhere in Belgium the best chocolates, the best beer and the best french fries from the whole wide world! So i do love chocolates. So together with my healthy food i start eating chocolate. So if the arthritis doesn\'t show up: THIS IS NOT THE CAUSE OF YOUR PROBLEM. So little by little i start eating normal. Novadays i eat kebab, pizza, lasagna, french fries, chocolate and i drink time to time a nice fruitbeer (very yummy lol). So as long as my body can manage the bad foods there is no problem.
\nI still working as a cabdriver two days a week. So i met this lady who lived in Curacau. She wrote a book and let it printed in Belgium (my town). So i could see on her hands she had arthritis. So i told her i can cure her lol. She looked at me in a very strange way. She start laughing and asking me: are you kidding hahahaa! So i told her what she had to do to get cured. Three months later by coincidance she jumpted in my cab again (we have only one cabcompany in my town). Ohhh she said: am i happy to see you..... See my hands.... You know from what i got arthritis? From eating too much cheese!!!! Her fingers were straight and without any swollen. The nice thing about joints is: if you treat them well they become their normal shape.
\nThe other lady that wanted to get cured she had arthritis all over her body. She could hardly walk, work, sleep.... It took het six weeks to get cured and she thanked my ex-wife on her two knees.

\r\n \r\n Yep, clearly food allergy can cause arthritis. Acutally there are a number of causes. Diet is ever so important. I have managed to control mine without huge diet changes but with different supplements.

\nYou can check for food allergy by checking your pulse before eating a suspect food and then 10 minutes after. An increase will indicate allergy. try then to remove the food from your life for a while and see how you do... but be aware, some people have multiple allergies so for optimum benefit all allergens must discovered and removed.

\nAfter living in this remote area where I currently am I am getting a clearer view on how people develop different problems and why they have lots of resistance to diet changes... there just isn\'t an abundance or variety of organic and fresh foods here... and when I think about it it is likely so for many parts of the country.\r\n

Fifteen years ago i got strucked by arthritis.

Everyting as much as possible without chemicals (antioxidant, chemical, colors....). In fact nothing out of a can, a box, out of glass. No dead food. You can eat fish, meat, vegeatables...
