From my understanding yes...the easiest way to do it, is to dissolve the vitamin c in a bit of water..... I use lemon juice to stop fruit from turning brown.... vinegar also works but I would rather use the lemon juice
well if you are cheap, the cheapest way, I would imagine, would be the lemon juice.... this time of year you can buy lemons really cheap, and then either juice them and freeze the juice, or you can just freeze the whole lemon...
