Default tetanus vaccination


i had my 7 year-old son shot with tetanus vaccine. when the nurse withdraw the plunger of the syringe i noticed some blood in it. what was it? will it harm my child? did the nurse hit a nerve?will my son's arm will be paralyzed. please do help me. thanks. so worried about my son.

Any puncture in the skin is going to result in a bit of blood!
What I would be more concerned with is what was in the so-called vaccine, there are all sorts of toxins in there!
