Great information kindto. I always wondered if I needed to add MCT to my regimen for health. I have been coconut oil using for years.

I was using Nature's Way EfaGold coconut oil, it specified on the label 62% MCTs. But lately I've been buying big jugs of Nutiva at Costco, big savings.
