\r\nTurmeric spice certainly has value as a preventative and as a general health tonic, as a medicine? I think you\'d need curcumin supplements for that. They\'re certainly not cheap, but if they work for \'you\' .... As a bonus they lack the side effects of their pharmaceutical equivalents, so all the better.\r\n
